What a fruity way to wait for summer.
Fruit tattoos and body art
If you live in the UK, especially in London, Manchester or Glasgow you might have run across some artistic posters a couple of days ago. They come from the leading Swedish cider brand Kopparberg, that has just launched a new ad campaign with a £5m marketing investment in events, press, social media, digital and outdoor.
As you can see, the idea comes directly from the fruit cider ingredients – naming strawberries and limes – whilst taking inspiration from trends rooted in tattoos and body art.
Another way to show the brand’s creativity after their last year successful creative of the ‘Elderflower Beards’.
We like tattoos, we like fruits. We approve.
Frozen fruit cider
Following this time the trend for frozen beverages, the brand has recently launched the first frozen cider – Kopparberg Frozen Fruit Cider – presented as a refreshing cocktail alternative.
Available for now in Strawberry & Lime and Elderflower & Lime in Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Co-op and selected stores in the UK – should you want to try next time the sun decides to show up again.
Jodie Alliss, brand manager at Kopparberg says: “The demand for a frozen variation of Kopparberg was outstanding so we’re thrilled to be able to launch the new product for summer 2015.”
Urban forest reawaken for a second summer
Last but not least the Kopparberg Urban Forest pop-up is back this summer for a second edition in Hackney Wick, East London, for five weeks from 10 June to 12 July.
Supported by the brand’s Spotify partnership, the event will see Swedish and London culture entwine in a heady mix of live music, street food and drink.
If you’re a fun seeker, go enjoy sunny days and balmy nights around a stage that will be graced by the UK’s top festival music artists, DJs and established Scandi acts!
